Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Talent Program Manager to serve as the operational and process lead for core talent management programs. You will drive governance, analytics, and continuous improvement across performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, BA, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive Talent Management/Organizational Development experience.
  • Experience owning or leading enterprise-wide talent programs, processes, or initiatives.
  • Experience supporting performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, and development programs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities using talent data, reporting and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as operational owner and enterprise process lead for core talent management programs.
  • Lead design, implementation, administration and improvement of enterprise talent programs.
  • Manage end-to-end performance management processes and cadence.
  • Design and govern enterprise goal-setting processes for clarity and accountability.
  • Lead talent review and calibration processes and succession planning.
  • Build succession planning infrastructure and development actions.
  • Develop individual development planning framework and enablement resources.
  • Partner with HR Partners and leaders to drive adoption and governance.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and insights to inform decisions.
  • Prepare reports and insights for leadership reviews and workforce planning.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders.
