Job summary

Chimes is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to create and deliver training programs for a diverse workforce. You will develop materials, modules, and job aids, and deliver both in-person and virtual sessions while measuring impact and continuous improvement.

You'll stay current with industry trends, collaborate across the L&D team, manage the LMS, and conduct needs assessments to support organization goals. Travel to subsidiaries may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8 years of learning and development experience.
• Outlook and MS Suite proficiency.
• Experience in Managing LMS Platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly and work with stakeholders.
• Foster relationships and build networks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of customized training materials, including eLearning modules and job aids.
• Deliver engaging training to employees in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and advise on improvements.
• Stay current with L&D trends and emerging technology.
• Collaborate with L&D team to align programs with organizational goals.
• Manage LMS and extract reports to measure training impact.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate with operations.
• Support Learning and Development Director to meet priorities.
• Travel to subsidiaries as needed.
