Job summary

CSC’s Global Learning & Development team seeks a Talent Partner to deliver and manage a wide range of learning programs across Business Units and Shared Services.

You will design, facilitate, and program manage induction, orientation, talent, and development initiatives with P&C partners, reporting to the Talent Leader of the respective unit. The role requires proactive collaboration and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning & Development or Talent space.
• Ability to design, facilitate, and manage learning programs across inductions, orientation, and development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior leaders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and program-manage a range of learning initiatives for business units and shared services.
• Design, facilitate, and manage induction, orientation, and development programs with P&C partners.
• Develop tools, data, dashboards to report on L&D practices and offerings.
• Be a trusted advisor for learning and capability building across units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global L&D programs and content curation.
