Job summary

Five Star Bank seeks a Talent Management Partner to design and execute talent management and leadership development programs. You will independently manage performance reviews, IDPs, and learning analytics, acting as a change agent to foster a high‑performance culture.

You will collaborate with leaders, deliver engaging e‑Learning modules, and oversee tuition reimbursement and regulatory training reporting. Strong facilitation, analytics, and instructional design skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including organizational development, learning and development, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business line leaders on development of employee career pathing and IDPs.
• Manage administration and tracking of talent management processes including performance reviews and 9-box assessments.
• Administer courses and report status of enterprise learning initiatives using Docebo.
