Job summary
Chadwell Supply is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to support Learning and Development initiatives by designing and administering programs that build competencies and leadership capabilities. You will partner with HR, L&D, and business leaders to align talent efforts with business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3–5 years in organizational development, talent management, leadership development, or related HR functions.
- Experience with competency frameworks and competency-based talent management.
Responsibilities
- Support design and administration of succession planning, talent reviews, workforce planning, and development plans.
- Develop and maintain Chadwell's competency framework and career templates.
- Coordinate leadership development programs and learning resources across the organization.
- Analyze organizational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports and documentation for talent management initiatives.
