Job summary

Primient is seeking a Talent & OD Business Partner - Learning to advance enterprise learning strategies and leadership development across the organization. You will facilitate signature programs and align learning with business priorities, working closely with HRBPs, COEs, and stakeholders.

The role focuses on driving governance, curriculum design, and the operational delivery of talent development initiatives, including leadership programs and digital learning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all signature programs and learning frameworks.
• Consult on and maintain an enterprise learning strategy aligned with priorities.
• Provide strategic insight and drive leadership training execution.
• Translate needs into scalable learning curricula and pathways.
• Advise senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and investment.
