AEG in New York seeks a Talent Development and Learning Analyst to optimize core TD systems (LMS, LXP, Cornerstone) and drive campaigns for visibility and engagement across the enterprise. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years in Talent Development or related HR ops.
• Experience in corporate environments.
• Familiarity with talent processes (performance, succession, development).
• Experience administering enterprise systems (Cornerstone Galaxy preferred).
• Ability to build reports/dashboards and derive insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Customer-focused with emphasis on employee experience.
• Collaborates across levels and manages competing priorities.
• Curious, adaptable, and able to learn new tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot.
• Analytical, with ability to translate data to insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize TD technology ecosystem (LMS, LXP, performance, succession, TMP, Immerse, SharePoint, compliance).
• Maintain a technology roadmap; assess updates for impact and UX.
• Configure systems, manage workflows, troubleshoot data issues.
• Curate, publish, maintain learning content; build curricula and playlists.
• Create learning pathways, communities, and channels for career growth.
• Identify and maintain job skills profiles in Cornerstone.
• Monitor integrations and data feeds for accuracy and resolution.
• Set up governance, documentation, and user guidance.
• Provide training to users and administrators.
• Manage program delivery logistics, enrollments, and evaluations.
• Design dashboards; monitor program performance and insights.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
