Job summary

AEG in Los Angeles is seeking a Talent Development Analyst to oversee and optimize core Talent Development Systems and to execute campaigns that boost visibility and engagement while ensuring high-quality program delivery.

You will manage the TD technology ecosystem (LMS, LXP, performance, succession, TMP, SharePoint) and curate learning content, build career pathways, and generate insights from dashboards to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years in Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR Operations, or related field.
• Experience with talent processes (performance, succession, development, internal mobility).
• Experience administering and optimizing enterprise systems (Cornerstone Galaxy preferred).
• Experience building reports/dashboards and generating insights (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize TD technology ecosystem (LMS, LXP, performance, succession, TMP, Immerse, SharePoint, compliance systems).
• Maintain roadmap, assess updates for impact and user experience.
• Configure systems, troubleshoot data issues, manage workflows.
• Curate and publish learning content; create pathways and channels.
• Identify job skills profiles for all AEG jobs; monitor data feeds.
