AEG WORLDWIDE is seeking a Talent Development and Learning Analyst to optimize our core TD systems and execute campaigns that boost visibility and engagement. You will ensure high-quality program delivery and act as the technical owner for platforms like LMS, LXP, and performance tools.

Responsibilities include managing learning content, developing career paths, and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years experience in Talent Development or similar.
• Experience with talent processes (performance, succession, development).
• Experience administering enterprise systems (Cornerstone Galaxy preferred).
• Experience building reports/dashboards and generating insights (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with emphasis on employee experience.
• Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot).
• Analytical skills to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize Talent Development Systems & Platforms (LMS, LXP, performance, succession, TMP, Immerse).
• Configure systems, manage workflows, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Publish learning content and create pathways to support skills and career growth.
• Identify job skills profiles for all jobs within Cornerstone and monitor integrations.
• Ensure consistent program delivery by managing logistics, enrollments, assessments, and completion tracking.
• Design and maintain dashboards to monitor program performance and derive insights.
