Job summary

AEG is seeking a Talent Development and Learning Analyst to oversee core TD systems and run talent development campaigns to boost visibility, engagement, and high-quality program delivery. You will manage the TD technology ecosystem, curate learning content, and support career growth across the organization.

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent program delivery, execute marketing plans, and design dashboards to uncover trends and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field (HR, OD, Business, Psychology, Education) or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR Operations, or related experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment with talent processes (performance, succession, development, internal mobility).
• Experience administering and optimizing enterprise systems (Cornerstone Galaxy preferred).
• Experience building reports/dashboards and generating insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer-focused with employee experience.
• Ability to collaborate across all levels and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot).
• Attention to detail with data accuracy; analytical mindset for translating data into insights.
• Knowledge of organizational hierarchies, job families, and career development pathways is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Talent Development Systems & Platforms (LMS, LXP, performance, succession, TMP, Immerse, SharePoint, compliance).
• Maintain a technology roadmap, assess updates for impact and scalability, configure systems, manage workflows, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Curate and maintain learning content, publish curricula, and create learning pathways and communities.
• Identify job skills profiles for all AEG jobs within Cornerstone and monitor integrations/data feeds.
• Ensure program delivery by managing logistics, enrollments, pre/post work, evaluations, and completion tracking.
• Develop and execute communication and marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and action.
• Design dashboards to monitor program performance, analyze metrics, and maintain data quality for insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
