Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources and organizational development or related field.
• HR-related certifications preferred (SHRM, DISC, Gallup Strengths, Change Management, emotional intelligence, accountability, recognition, and crucial conversations).
• 5–8+ years of professional work experience.
• 3–5+ years in learning and development with strong design emphasis.
• Healthcare or Insurance industry experience.
• Experience with HR metrics, data management and analysis.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute talent development programs enterprise-wide.
• Design and deliver workforce planning using self-service tools to meet business needs.
• Develop materials; facilitate leadership development and coaching.
• Provide talent development thought leadership for employees, leaders, and executives.
• May manage goal setting, intro periods, mid-year, and year-end processes.
• Research, design and execute employee-centric processes across the employee life cycle.
• Lead OD initiatives and monitor results across the enterprise.
• Analyze workforce data; produce reports to illustrate progress and ROI.
• Apply data-driven approach to improve talent offerings to business goals.
• Complete needs analyses for internal groups to ensure optimal learning solutions.
• Optimize Oracle performance module to create turnkey talent solutions.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
