Under guidance of senior team members, you will maintain data integrity, coordinate program logistics, and prepare communications and reports while assisting with system administration activities.

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience in talent management, learning and development, or other organizational development roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Intermediate experience with Excel and building reports.
• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration.
• Experience in a large, decentralized, multi-state healthcare organization.
• Experience with SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for enterprise talent management programs and processes.
• Maintain data integrity and coordinate program logistics.
• Prepare reports and communications; assist with system administration activities.
• Support execution of annual talent cycles across the organization.
