Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of HR experience with expertise in talent management, OD, or strategic workforce planning.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience managing HR professionals.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements an integrated enterprise talent management philosophy and strategy to guide internal mobility, talent pipelines, and investment decisions.
• Leads design and measurement of performance and talent management capabilities within Oracle HCM and related systems.
• Oversees enterprise performance management, goal setting, and alignment with priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Establishes talent metrics, analytics, and reporting for pipeline strength and succession readiness.
• Designs enterprise talent reviews and succession planning across functions, regions, and clinical operations.
