Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Talent Management/ Organizational Development experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional projects and driving business outcomes.
• Experience leveraging talent and workforce data to drive insights and decisions.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize talent reviews, performance calibrations, and succession planning by coordinating sessions and preparing materials.
• Lead cross-functional talent initiatives with clear milestones and stakeholder alignment.
• Research trends and benchmark data to improve enterprise programs and processes.
• Contribute to change management and communication efforts for adoption and impact.
• Develop competency models, career pathways, and skills-based practices within programs.
• Create executive summaries, dashboards, and workforce analyses to inform leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and leader enablement sessions on performance management and development.
• Maintain Workday talent data accuracy and governance; produce reports for decision-making.
• Manage mentoring programs including intake, matching, and progress reporting.
• Oversee vendor relationships for contracts, deliverables, and program evaluation.
