Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking a Senior Talent Development Manager to own talent management and development initiatives, including leadership programs, performance management, and org health diagnostics. The ideal candidate partners with business leaders from frontline to C-suite and uses data-driven insights to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in talent development, training/learning, HR or similar.
• Experience creating, implementing, and evolving talent development programs for teams at all levels.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into Talent Development initiatives.
• Experience translating data and analytics to develop insights and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Adaptive’s talent development strategy in partnership with business leaders.
• Design, create, deliver, and sustain enterprise-wide leadership development programming.
• Evolve talent management initiatives with People Partners (HRBPs).
• Use evaluation data and external benchmarks to improve programs and drive bottom-line results.
• Inform and evolve the employee engagement diagnostics toolkit.
• Maintain and improve the career pathing framework.
• Monitor and evolve agile performance management processes.
• Serve as a Talent Development SME and thought partner.
• Manage day-to-day tasks of multiple high-complexity programs.
• Apply change management best practices to ensure adoption of programs.
