Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Talent and Performance Management Consultant to partner with leaders in designing and executing enterprise talent and performance programs. You will drive leadership development, succession readiness, and employee growth through data-driven workforce planning and targeted development opportunities.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, implementation of competency models, and facilitation of leadership enablement sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Talent Management/OD experience in a large organization.
• Experience leveraging talent and workforce data to develop insights, reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with leaders and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize talent reviews, performance calibrations, and succession planning by coordinating sessions, preparing materials, and tracking actions.
• Lead cross-functional talent initiatives and project workstreams with clear milestones and communications.
• Research talent management trends, benchmarking data, and best practices to improve programs.
• Support change management and communications for adoption and sustainability of initiatives.
• Oversee Workday talent data and performance information, ensuring data accuracy and reporting.
• Administer mentoring and coaching programs with intake, matching, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships: contracts, deliverables, and program evaluation.
