Job summary

AML RightSource is seeking a Talent Development Trainer to design and execute programs that boost engagement for new hires and the Ready For Allocation team. You will manage onboarding transitions, PTO, and administrative needs, partnering with HR and Learning & Development to foster growth.

You will lead initiatives to improve the employee experience, build a positive culture, and organize live, virtual and hybrid events across our global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and change-management abilities.
Proficiency with Workday HRIS and PTO management.
Technical proficiency of Microsoft Suite.
Project management skills and ability to connect people to resources.

Responsibilities

Oversee RFA transitions and staffing changes.
Collaborate with Learning and Development to deliver professional development opportunities.
Partner with HR to ensure timely and professional offboarding.
Plan and run internal events to boost employee engagement.
Support PTO administration and personal administrative tasks.
