Job summary

AML RightSource is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design programs that boost engagement for new hires and the Ready For Allocation team. The role concentrates on RFA transitions, PTO administration, and cultivating a positive learning culture.

You will partner with HR and the L&D team to deliver development opportunities, organize live and virtual events, and support continuous feedback. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Workday HRIS, PTO management, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to influence and manage change.
• Experience protecting data privacy and handling sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (Workday) systems.
• Project management skills with ability to connect people to resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RFA administrative routines and transitions.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to deliver professional development opportunities.
• Coordinate with HR for timely offboarding.
• Lead internal events to provide meaningful experiences for employees.
