Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to drive leadership development, employee engagement, and learning initiatives across the organization. You will partner with HR and leadership to design and deliver workshops, assess program impact, and manage learning platforms.

The role requires strong project management, instructional design knowledge, and experience delivering both virtual and in-person trainings.

Qualifications

Talent Development Specialist Overview
  • The Talent Development Specialist will support organizational transformation by managing talent development, associate engagement, and leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to execute impactful training programs and organizational development strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and team effectiveness initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership development programs, including vendor communication and participant engagement.
  • Administer surveys and collect metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support enterprise engagement initiatives and signature events to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, budget tracking, and operational processes to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Utilize advanced tools and frameworks to design and deliver impactful learning experiences.
  • Contribute to internal communications efforts to enhance associate engagement and program visibility.

Talent Development Specialist Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent development, HR, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in corporate training, program management, or internal communications.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools; experience with LMS platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with assessment tools like DiSC, Predictive Index, or Hogan preferred.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops and training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
