Job summary

ALOIS Solutions is seeking a Talent Development Manager to lead New Hire Orientation and build comprehensive learning programs in a fast-growing tech environment. You will own surveys, feedback cycles, and data-driven insights to continually improve the employee journey from Day 1.

Responsibilities include facilitating onboarding, partnering with HRBPs and leaders, and leveraging AI tools like Claude and Google Gemini to inform program design.

We’re looking for a Talent Development Manager to drive New Hire Orientation, Learning & Development programs, employee feedback, measurement, and learning insights for a fast-growing technology environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO) and onboarding experiences
• Develop and enhance Talent Development & Learning programs
• Own surveys, feedback cycles, scorecards, and data-driven insights
• Support learning events, development sessions, and manager programs
• Partner with HRBPs, People Partners, and business leaders
• Bring an AI-first mindset using tools like Claude and Google Gemini
• LMS experience — Docebo highly preferred
• AI tools such as Claude or Google Gemini
• Qualtrics, Workday, Jira & Confluence experience is a plus
