Job summary

AML RightSource, LLC is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator in Raleigh, NC to develop and execute engagement strategies for newly hired employees and the Ready For Allocation (RFA) team, managing PTO and related admin tasks.

You will work closely with the Learning & Development and HR teams to provide professional development opportunities, oversee transitions, onboarding/offboarding activities, and foster a positive culture through feedback and recognition, while coordinating live,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; able to influence and manage change.
• Proficient in Workday HRIS and Microsoft Office; project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve engagement for new hires and the Ready For Allocation (RFA) team.
• Overlap with HR to manage PTO and other administrative requirements.
• Oversee RFA transitions and collaborate with resourcing to staff projects efficiently.
• Deliver professional development opportunities with the Learning and Development team and support offboarding processes.
