ICEYE US is seeking a Talent Development Manager to lead multi-year growth-focused talent initiatives. You will design, build, and scale training programs, playbooks, and manager enablement frameworks while partnering with leaders across the organization.

You will ship pragmatic solutions, stand up new development programs, and guide the company through rapid scaling with a durable talent development function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, organizational development, or related HR discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build a multi-year talent development roadmap aligned to ICEYE's growth.
• Identify capability gaps and translate into development priorities.
• Design, build, and facilitate training programs, toolkits, and resources.
