Qualifications

• 5+ years of owning outcomes for other people’s performance — as a business partner, head of people at a small company, chief of staff, enablement lead, management consultant, founder, or a long run in L&D
• able to distinguish between a workshop that was enjoyed vs. one that changed work
• commercially minded, working backwards from business problems
• demonstrated ability to dramatically improve a top performer
• self-taught a hard skill and shipped it with AI

Responsibilities

• Get new hires to meaningful impact faster. Own and expand our onboarding programs.
• Diagnose and close skill gaps. Identify what's missing and orchestrate the fix.
• Own the development experience end to end. Design, run, and iterate learning programs.
• Build AI into how we develop people. Personalize learning, automate operations, raise the bar.
• Learn the business deeply. Build fluency in products, people, and systems to ground learning solutions in how AngelList works.
