Job summary

ICEYE US is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to proactively identify and engage top-tier technical talent. You will partner with TA teammates and hiring managers to build pipelines for critical technical roles and drive IGYEY source strategies.

You will work in Irvine, CA, with a focus on data-driven decision making, ATS tools, and candidate experience, while navigating evolving business priorities and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• 4+ years of client interaction with VP/Director-level stakeholders.
• 3+ years recruiting in the aerospace industry.
• Understanding of modern technology stacks and hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to uncover candidates.
• Develop relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to align sourcing with recruitment goals.
• Analyze sourcing metrics and refine strategies.
