Job summary

ICEYE US is seeking a Talent Development Manager in a hybrid role, based in Irvine, CA. You will architect a multi‑year talent development strategy and stand up scalable programs across performance management, career development, and manager enablement as the company scales rapidly.

In year one, you will roll up your sleeves to ship frameworks, enablement sessions, and live programs, partnering with the Head of People and cross‑functional leaders to tailor design to our unique culture and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent development, learning & development, or related HR discipline.
• Proven experience owning a program from design through delivery.
• Experience with performance management cycle design and manager enablement is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and facilitate training programs, toolkits, and resources — performance management, manager enablement, career development.
• Own program logistics end‑to‑end where needed: scheduling, materials, communications, and follow‑through.
• Build feedback loops and simple metrics to evaluate program impact and guide iterations.
• Serve as a go‑to resource for managers navigating performance, leveling, and development conversations.
