Job summary

You will partner with the Talent Development Leader and stakeholders to translate talent priorities into scalable programs, leveraging data-driven insights and AI tools to enhance program delivery and readiness across key talent populations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent development, leadership development, or related fields.
• Experience designing and leading talent initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Ability to use data and insights to improve programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve talent programs for leadership development, onboarding, performance management, and career growth.
• Lead development programs such as leadership acceleration and early talent initiatives.
• Translate business needs into structured learning experiences and development plans.
• Manage programs end-to-end with stakeholder engagement and measurement.
