AngelList is hiring a Talent Acceleration Lead to help our best people deepen their craft faster. This senior IC role reports to the Head of People Partners and focuses on ownership across the company’s learning and development initiatives.

You will build onboarding, close skill gaps, and design end-to-end development experiences while leveraging AI to personalize learning and streamline operations. This role requires strong business acumen and a track record of delivering measurable performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of owning outcomes for others’ performance as a business partner or enablement lead.
• Able to distinguish between a workshop that was enjoyed and one that changed performance.
• Commercially minded, working backwards from business problems.
• Able to name a high-performing individual and explain impact.
• Self-taught skills delivered with AI impact.

Responsibilities

• Get new hires to meaningful impact faster; own and expand onboarding programs.
• Diagnose and close skill gaps; identify missing elements and orchestrate fixes.
• Own the development experience end to end; design, run, and iterate learning programs.
• Build AI into how we develop people; personalize learning and automate program operations.
• Learn the business deeply; build fluency in products, people, and systems.
