Job summary

Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company delivering an end-to-end experience from diagnosis to delivery of medication and ongoing care. We are seeking a Talent Coordinator to partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, scaling teams and providing an exceptional candidate journey across the interview process.

You will manage calendars, communications, and postings in Lever while supporting in-person and remote collaboration nationwide.

Qualifications

Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams.
Exceptional writing and communication skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively.
Interest in a career in Talent Acquisition.
Process-driven and able to balance multiple priorities.
Passion for candidate experience and Ro’s mission.
Empathetic approach to interviewing.
Experience with Lever or another ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage Ro’s interview and conference room calendars and schedule high volume interviews.
Coordinate full-cycle communication from initial outreach to interview process.
Provide regular, friendly, timely updates to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Post and update roles in Lever and other postings.
Ensure onsite interviews run smoothly including travel and room setup.
Support ad-hoc Talent Team projects as needed.
