Job summary

CarePoint is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Experience Coordinator to own the candidate journey from first contact through the onboarding process. This hybrid role sits in Greenwood Village, CO, combining virtual coordination with in-office collaboration to craft a seamless hiring experience for two dozen physicians and clinical partners.

You will manage calendars, candidate itineraries, and interactions with internal hiring leaders and applicants, ensuring a warm, transparent, and efficient

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a high-volume talent inbox and maintain professional communication.
• Highly responsive and punctual with deadlines and candidate feedback loops.
• Background in recruiting administration or coordination; sourcing/recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tell Our Story: write compelling job descriptions and postings to attract top talent.
• Network & Event Strategy: research and attend job fairs, conferences, and residency programs, logistics planning.
• Targeted Advertising: post opportunities in publications and niche resources.
• The Ultimate Site Visit: coordinate itineraries, travel, hotels, tours, and interviews for candidates.
• Flawless Follow-Up: maintain timely updates with candidates and referring parties.
• Mastering Logistics: schedule interviews across departments and keep recruitment on track.
• The Ultimate Welcome: design and execute onboarding to ensure a positive first day.
