A healthcare staffing company is seeking a highly organized Scheduling, Staffing & Recruitment Manager to oversee workforce coordination and talent acquisition for its operations. This position involves ensuring proper staffing for client care by recruiting and scheduling qualified healthcare professionals. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and customer service, a relevant degree preferred, and strong organizational skills. The role is full-time remote with responsibilities spanning recruitment, scheduling, and compliance management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, or workforce management.
• Minimum 5 years experience in customer service or operations management.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of caregivers, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Manage daily staff scheduling across multiple client cases and shifts.
• Respond quickly to staffing shortages, call-offs, and urgent coverage needs.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership and operations teams regarding staffing needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews, screening, and selection processes.
• Maintain staffing records, documentation, and compliance files.
