Job summary

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage Ro's interview and conference room calendars effectively, scheduling a high volume of phone, Google Meet, and onsite interviews with hiring teams
• Manage full-cycle communication for the coordination process, from the initial outreach when a candidate applies and throughout the interview process
• Engage candidates with regular, friendly, and timely updates to ensure a positive interview experience
• Post new roles and update job postings in Lever
• Ensure onsite interviews run smoothly by planning candidate travel and preparing conference rooms
• Assist with ad-hoc Talent Team projects as needed
