Job summary

Ro is seeking a Talent Coordinator in the New York area to help scale our teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You’ll work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, manage calendars, coordinate interviews, and handle postings in Lever.

This 6-month temp role offers in-person collaboration at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays for those in the tri-state area, with remote options for others, and a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and candidate care.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, and the ability to work with a spectrum of personalities.
• Ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively.
• Interest in a career in Talent Acquisition.
• You are process-driven and a problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
• You are passionate about candidate experience and Ro’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ro’s interview and conference room calendars, scheduling a high volume of interviews.
• Coordinate full-cycle communication for the coordination process from application to interview.
• Engage candidates with regular, friendly updates to ensure a positive experience.
• Post new roles and update job postings in Lever.
• Plan candidate travel and greet onsite candidates to ensure smooth interviews.
• Assist with ad-hoc Talent Team projects as needed.
