Surge Staffing is seeking an entry-level Staffing Specialist to join our growing team in a full-time, permanent internal role. You will recruit, screen, interview, onboard candidates, and deliver top-notch service to clients and temporary staff.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of sales or customer service experience, plus strong communication and relationship-building skills. Travel to client sites may be required as part of branch growth efforts.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing or HR preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers.
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
