Surge Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level Staffing Specialist to join our team as a recruiter and client liaison. This full-time, permanent internal position focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and delivering exceptional customer service for clients and temporary staff.

You will recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, source talent through multiple channels, and build strong relationships with clients and temporary workers. Local travel to client locations may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales and/or customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or business development preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, results-driven mindset
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals
