Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales and/or customer service or related role.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client and candidate service from initial contact to placement.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, referrals, and platforms.
• Match candidate skills with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain client and temporary staff relationships.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and successful placements.
• Develop new business opportunities through sales and networking.
• Conduct client visits to maintain and grow partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify staffing solutions.
• Support branch operations with administrative and data-entry tasks.
• Assist with coaching, performance management, and retention initiatives.
