Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales or customer service
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or business development preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to clients and temporary staff
• Recruit, screen, interview and onboard candidates
• Source candidates via job boards, databases, referrals and recruiting platforms
• Match candidate skills with client staffing needs
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and temporary employees
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and successful placements
• Develop new business opportunities through sales and networking
• Support branch operations with administrative and data entry tasks
• Assist with coaching, performance management, and retention efforts
• Resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Support branch growth and revenue goals
