Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience required.

• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, resumes, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and temporary staff.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and placements.
