Surge Staffing is seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our team in a full-time internal role. You will recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while delivering outstanding service to clients and temporary staff.

This entry-level position emphasizes sales, recruiting, and business development, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Travel to local client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year sales and/or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers.
