Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a recruiter who manages the full life cycle of talent acquisition to fulfill site staffing needs, while contributing to operations accuracy and timeliness.

The role involves high-volume recruiting, payroll support, training of new associates, and mentoring coordinators to deliver excellent service to applicants, temporary staff, and clients. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• College preferred.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of account management and cultivating relationships.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.
• Ability to speak more than one language highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a high volume recruiting workflow for staffing needs.
• Support initiatives by Area Service Manager and Service Manager.
• Assist Branch operations, payroll management, and training of new associates.
• Mentor Service Coordinators to deliver excellent service to applicants, temporary staff, and clients.
• Build candidate and job order generation via Masis Staffing Solution CRM.
• Maintain detailed records and confidentiality across candidate processes.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to build candidate pools.
• Communicate status of job orders with managers.
