Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions in Rhode Island is seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to manage the full life cycle of talent acquisition for the branch. You will plan and execute a high-volume set of recruiting activities and maintain candidate and job order records in the Masis Staffing Solution CRM.

The role requires strong interviewing, multi-language abilities, and proven ability to meet deadlines. You will develop sourcing strategies, build a candidate pipeline, and collaborate with branch

Qualifications

• College preferred.
• Must have 2+ years’ successful recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong interviewing skills and understanding of staffing industry.
• Ability to speak more than one language highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.
• Manage new candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Keep updated records of termination of employment on CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Maintain attention to detail in screening, interviewing, training, onboarding, and termination.
• Maintain a high fill ratio for branch performance.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to bring valuable candidates to the pool.
• Communicate with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager on job orders and client/candidate matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policy when interacting with candidates and clients.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions and prescreening questions.
• Build talent pipelines by networking with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets.
• Actively network through industry contacts, associations, and trade groups.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and safety standards.
• Implement procedures to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor branch compliance with Masis policies for payroll.
• Ensure timecards have required fields and approvals.
• Solve data entry issues and implement corrective actions.
• Send payroll data to payroll department by deadline.
