Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions in Milford, NH is seeking a full-time Recruiter to own the full lifecycle of talent acquisition for assigned sites, handling a high-volume flow of qualified candidates and collaborating with branch leadership.

You will mentor coordinators, build candidate pipelines, and maintain CRM records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. The role involves travel and occasional extended schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
• 2-3 years of account management and cultivating relationships.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.
• Support special initiatives assigned by Area Service Manager and Service Manager.
• Assist Branch daily operations, payroll management, and training of new associates.
• Mentor Service Coordinators to provide excellent service to applicants, temporary associates, and clients.
• Manage candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Maintain records of employment terminations in CRM and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policy in interactions with candidates and clients.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions with hiring managers.
• Develop talent pipelines by building relationships with qualified candidates.
• Network through industry contacts, associations, and trade groups.
• Meet performance and safety goals set by executive team.
• Ensure timecards have required fields and approvals; address data entry issues.
• Assist payroll data submission by deadlines.
• Perform other duties as requested.
