Qualifications

• 2+ years’ successful recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong interviewing skills and understanding of staffing industry.
• Ability to speak more than one language highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.
• Generate candidates and job orders through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Maintain CRM records and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Maintain attention to detail in screening, interviewing, training, onboarding, and termination.
• Maintain a high fill ratio for branch performance.
