Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage full life cycle recruiting for client branches. You will perform duties accurately and on time, supporting efficient Masis operations.

You will plan and execute high-volume recruiting, manage candidate generation through the Masis CRM, maintain records, and build strong talent pipelines while collaborating with branch leaders and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong interviewing skills and understanding of staffing industry.
• Ability to speak more than one language highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistently high-volume recruiting activity schedule.
• Manage new candidate generation and job orders through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Keep updated records of termination of employment on CRM software; cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Maintain strict attention to detail to all candidate-related processes including screening, interviewing, training, onboarding, and termination.
• Maintain a high fill ratio required for successful branch performance.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to bring valuable candidates to the pool.
• Communicate with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager on job orders and client/candidate matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policy when interacting with candidates and clients.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions; collaborate with hiring managers on prescreening questions.
• Build talent pipelines by connecting with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets.
• Actively network through industry contacts, association memberships, and trade groups.
• Meet or exceed performance goals set by executive team and safety standards.
• Implement standards and controls to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor branch compliance with Masis Staffing Solutions policies for payroll.
• Ensure timecards have required fields and approvals.
• Troubleshoot data-entry issues and design corrective actions.
