Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition across our branch. You will plan and execute high-volume recruiting campaigns, generate candidates and job orders using our Masis Staffing Solution CRM, and maintain accurate records for payroll and unemployment processes.

Role requires strong interviewing abilities, multitasking, and collaboration with branch leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience recruiting or business development (2+ years).
• Familiarity with staffing industry practices and compliance.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and multi-level management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-volume recruiting activities.
• Generate candidates and job orders via Masis CRM.
• Maintain records of employment terminations in CRM and assist with unemployment investigations.
• Screen, interview, train, onboard, and terminate candidates with attention to detail.
• Maintain high fill ratios to meet branch goals.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to build candidate pools.
• Communicate status of job orders to Branch Manager and Business Development Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality in candidate and client interactions.
• Create recruitment and interview plans with hiring managers.
