Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a recruiter to manage full life cycle staffing across multiple clients. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and onboard while maintaining strict records in the CRM and adhering to company policies.

You will build a talent pipeline, network with industry contacts, and collaborate with branch leadership to meet performance goals. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong interviewing and staffing industry understanding.
• Languages other than English are a plus.
• Proficiency with multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a high volume of recruiting activities.
• Generate candidates and job orders using Masis Staffing Solution CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of terminations in CRM and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Screen, interview, train, onboard, and terminate candidates with attention to detail.
• Maintain a high fill ratio for branch performance.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to build candidate pools.
• Communicate with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager on job orders.
• Ensure confidentiality and policy adherence when interacting with candidates and clients.
• Create recruitment plans for open positions with hiring managers.
• Build a talent pipeline for future needs.
• Network through industry contacts and associations.
• Meet or exceed performance and safety goals.
• Improve data entry processes and payroll data flow.
• Ensure payroll data submitted by deadline.
