You will build a robust talent pipeline, employ creative sourcing strategies, and ensure compliance with hiring practices while maintaining confidentiality across client and candidate interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ successful recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong interviewing skills and understanding of staffing industry.
• Ability to speak more than one language highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-volume recruiting activities.
• Manage candidate and job order generation via Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Maintain records of termination of employment in CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Screen, interview, train, onboard, and terminate candidates with attention to detail.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to build a strong candidate pool.
• Communicate status of job orders with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policy in interactions with candidates and clients.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans with hiring managers, including prescreening questions.
• Build talent pipelines and relationships with qualified candidates ahead of need.
• Network through industry contacts, associations, and trade groups.
