Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end staffing processes in a fast-paced branch environment. You will source candidates, generate job orders, and maintain CRM records with strict confidentiality.

The role requires strong interviewing skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines. Travel to client locations may be required as part of fulfilling staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong interviewing skills and staffing industry knowledge.
• Ability to speak more than one language highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications.
• Familiarity with hiring regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistently high-volume of recruiting activities.
• Manage candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Maintain records of terminations on CRM and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality in candidate and client interactions.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions with hiring managers.
• Build a talent pipeline by networking with qualified candidates.
• Communicate status of job orders with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager.
• Meet or exceed performance goals set by executive team and Risk Department.
