Talemexa Pvt Ltd in Dallas, US is actively seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse clients. You will source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide offer discussions to successful closures.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in recruitment, strong communication, and experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. You’ll build talent pipelines, track progress, and help clients hire top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Full recruitment lifecycle knowledge.
• Sourcing, resume screening and interview coordination experience.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and Boolean search.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple job requirements under deadlines.
• US staffing recruitment knowledge (W2, C2C, visa categories) is a plus.
• Strong follow-up skills and results orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals and networks.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening.
• Shortlist candidates and submit profiles to clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback.
• Manage offer discussions and negotiations.
• Build relationships with candidates, clients and managers.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Aim for recruitment targets while maintaining quality.
• Use Boolean search and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and market developments.
