Talemexa Pvt Ltd in Dallas, US is actively seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse clients. You will source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide offer discussions to successful closures.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in recruitment, strong communication, and experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. You’ll build talent pipelines, track progress, and help clients hire top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Full recruitment lifecycle knowledge.
• Sourcing, resume screening and interview coordination experience.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and Boolean search.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple job requirements under deadlines.
• US staffing recruitment knowledge (W2, C2C, visa categories) is a plus.
• Strong follow-up skills and results orientation.

About the Role

Talemexa Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Dallas, United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities for our clients, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and successful offer closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to identify suitable candidates for different job requirements. You will work closely with candidates and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, maintain recruitment pipelines, and ensure timely placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, online job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Shortlist qualified candidates and submit relevant profiles to clients or hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to collect interview feedback and maintain recruitment momentum.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiate compensation where appropriate, and support candidates through the offer acceptance process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, interview updates, and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards and candidate satisfaction.
• Use Boolean search techniques and innovative sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, hiring practices, and employment market developments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple job requirements and work effectively under deadlines.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and performance expectations.
• For US staffing recruitment, knowledge of W2, C2C, and different US visa categories will be an added advantage.
• Strong follow-up skills, persistence, and a result-oriented approach.
