About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Chicago, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and developing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.

In this role, you will play a key part in workforce planning, candidate engagement, talent pipeline development, and strengthening our employer brand. You will work closely with different teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive recruitment experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to final offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate qualifications, and coordinate structured interviews.
• Ensure a fair, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fill critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, reports, and insights to management.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, market developments, and innovative talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and interviewing methods.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize recruitment activities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in employer branding and talent pipeline development will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
